Every document uploaded, every highlight made, every flashcard generated, is associated with a notebook. All cards for a notebook will eventually get exported as a single deck.
The Inbox is just a collection of all your notebooks, and displays each notebook’s highlights and flashcards for you for quick review, editing, and exporting.
Viewing your Notebook
If you prefer to read the text, highlight as you go, and make flashcards with specific instructions on a per highlight basis, you can open the notebook to see the Notebook View.
This displays the Document Reader on one side, and the Generate and Highlights tabs on the other.
